The long awaited sequel to Counter-Strike, has counter-strike source finally come to market. This multi-player only game is easy and from a terrorist force and counter-terrorist force exists. Their are two types of goals and playing cards. You are bomb maps in which the terrorists are trying a goal are bomb, and their hostages are cards in which the counter-terrorists attempt to rescue hostages.
This game is similar to the original butis a completely new and impressive engine. This engine delivers realistic gravity, life like graphics and objects around the cards as they would operate in the real world to spread. However, since the new graphics engine, you need a good solid graphics card processor to see the full effect. This new graphics engine also something called HDR lighting. High Dynamic Range Imaging (HDR) is a set of techniques that allow a far greater dynamic range of exposures (ie, a largeDifference between light and dark areas) than normal digital imaging techniques. The intention of HDR is to accurately represent the wide range of intensity levels in real scenes ranging from direct sunlight to the deepest shadows found.
Counter-Strike Source uses familiar weapons and maps. The weapons are made to weapons from the real life like the Glock, the M4A1, the ak47, awp and similar. All of the same card as de_dust2, cs_office, cs_office, de_nuke, de_inferno, and canplayed. However, this card is all new and improved, and the details and graphics on these cards impress the older versions of the cards compared.
Overall I give this game a 9 / 10 and would say that this game has what it set out from the original Counter Strike precedent.
