PC Game Review - Victoria II

Victoria II is a new part of the fabulous set of Paradox Interactive Grand strategy games that have a different period of history and make you want to try each case, basically what you do. This title covers the period between about 1835 and 1935, spanning the Civil War, the First World War and the time when the sun never set on the United Kingdom. You control a country in the world and try to reshape the history to your liking, perhaps even so that none of these events Ionly ever mentioned (but luck trying to take down the UK) to pass. Industrialize your nation to colonize what remained, and struggling with an increasingly militant population, as the game goes on. There is no better game out there so for the historical simulation, but that does not mean, you do not micro-management to fight a few questions.

Many Paradox titles have questions right when he is released, and although this game is stable and fully playableRelease this time, it has become clear what is the big issue: revolutions and uprisings. If your government is the most advanced employee-friendly and continuously throughout the world (and sometimes even if) they are with rebellions. They are usually not difficult to treat - rebels are not very efficient and your military can dispose of them without question. But the tedium of clearing out troops stationed in every province of the potentially far-flung empire, sometimesonce a year or more in the game is incredibly frustrating. It slows the game's pace to a crawl slowly up to your troops and your plans disrupted rush over and over. This will be fixed in an upcoming patch, and there are fan fixes already, but those who can not often Paradox forums in frustration to be caught.

This game should use economic classes are in. Play with your business and try to industrialization beganYou learn so much about how everything works everything else within the system. Why do not the capitalists will build all the railroads? They are taxing too much? Are the prices too high? Is there enough emphasis on the addition of a railroad in this province? All these things must be taken into account, and you learn a lot.

Victoria II is definitely a recommended buy. It is not always easy, but it has a strong teaching skills, and it's so much fun in taking Argentine CommunistGovernment on a Spree conquest of South America. It has some of the early release of defects are ironed out soon, but the game is already perfectly playable and fun. Now I'm back on him and try to unify Italy.
