Video Game Review - land Of The Dead - Road to Fiddler's Green

On a remote farm in that country, things are peaceful. Not everything is as it seems. A stranger appears outside of home, little, you know that he is one of the many walking dead. In a desperate struggle to survive your way into the city nor a living from the control. The only thing that stands between you and your goal are several thousand zombies, and a very crappy game for you by our friends at Grove launched games. This review is on the PC-basedVersion of the game, but it is available on the original Xbox.

Graphics: 6.5/10

The best way to describe the graphics of the game is "ok". Not great but not terrible. The zombies are well animated, and with big chunks of meat lacks detail of them. The character movements are fluid and supple. The weapons are very mild and simple search, and there are some animation problems. For example, the gun shot. No matter how many laps you leavethe animation remains the same. If you have left 2 rounds four and then reload it, it shows your figure, the four shells into the gun.

Sound: 7.0/10

Ah, the sounds of the zombies crawling around ... beautiful. Too bad all the other sound effects are low quality at best. The voice is terrible, and it sometimes sounds like the actors in half-sleep. The biggest disappointment is the weapon sounds. Not all of them are terrible, but most of them are. The sound of aBaseball bat connecting with a zombie's skull is music to my ears and the other melee weapons sound as friendly. But the weapons in the game sound weak and pathetic.

Artificial Intelligence: 5.0/10

Zombies are stupid, that's a fact of life, but that's just sad. I'm standing on the roof of a car to shoot a zombie and it does not respond. The zombies are just there to tell them, though I'm in the top view of them. Only when I actually engage the zombies back tothe ground they go to attack mode. Manchmal habe ich sogar auf den Boden direkt vor ein Zombie, und es wird nicht angreifen, bis ich ihn schießen, sobald erste.

Multiplayer: 7.0/10

It's hard to play to a server to connect to the land of the dead. It is even harder to play with decent people, but if you do not, and some "modded" content, this game's online play seems to invite you to really see. Nothing like trying to kill someone, while trying not to be eaten by zombies.

Rating:6.5/10

The game is not terrible, but it makes a lot from the many mistakes to suffer. If you have a hard zombie fan then pick up a copy (good luck finding one). If not, then do not waste your time. There are a few villages outside to "modding" and is dedicated to the improvement of the game with better weapons and online maps that made the game much more fun, but it is not nearly perfect.
